Shipping services are offered only upon explicit customer request and documented approval.
Shipments are limited to patients or authorized caregivers with a valid prescription on file.

Shipping services are strictly limited to addresses within a 50-mile radius of the pharmacy’s physical location:

Orders outside this radius are not eligible for shipment.

Express Specialty Pharmacy utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for medication shipments.

-No controlled substances or restricted items will be shipped at all.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information. Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive shipments when required. Express Specialty Pharmacy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or USPS service interruptions.
8. Shipping Schedule
Shipments are processed during regular business hours. Orders approved after the daily shipping cutoff may be shipped the next business day. No shipments are processed on federal holidays observed by USPS.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Any delivery issues must be reported to the pharmacy within 24 hours of receipt or the expected delivery date. Express Specialty Pharmacy will work with USPS to investigate and resolve shipping concerns and will guarantee replacement if the issue is outside its control.
10. Policy Modifications
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time to maintain compliance with USPS regulations, pharmacy laws, or operational needs. Customers will be notified of material changes upon request or as required by law.
