1. Delivery Eligibility

Medication delivery is available only upon patient request and documented approval.

 

Delivery services are limited to addresses within a 50-mile radius of Express Specialty Pharmacy, located at:

902 W. Lumsden Rd.,

Ste.#104,

Brandon, FL 33511.

A valid prescription must be on file before delivery.

 

2. Delivery Method

Deliveries may be completed via a method determined based on medication type, temperature requirements, and patient needs.

Signature confirmation may be required for certain medications or as required by law.

 

3. Delivery Scheduling

Delivery dates are scheduled during regular pharmacy business hours. Same-day or expedited delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to availability and medication readiness. Deliveries are not performed on federal holidays or days when service is unavailable.

 

4. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must provide accurate and complete delivery information. Patients or authorized recipients must be available to receive the delivery when required. Patients are responsible for ensuring appropriate storage conditions immediately upon receipt, especially for temperature-sensitive medications.

 

5. Failed or Refused Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, the pharmacy reserves the right to: Delay redelivery, or cancel the delivery request

Medications returned due to failed delivery may not be redispensed in accordance with pharmacy regulations.

 

6. Temperature-Sensitive and Specialty Medications

Special handling and packaging are used for temperature-sensitive and specialty medications. Express Specialty Pharmacy is not responsible for loss of product integrity due to delayed acceptance or improper storage after delivery.

 

7. Delivery Issues and Reporting

Any delivery concerns, including missing, damaged, or compromised medications, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt or the expected delivery date. Express Specialty Pharmacy will investigate reported issues and determine appropriate resolution in compliance with applicable regulations.

 

8. Policy Limitations

Delivery services are subject to availability and regulatory requirements. Express Specialty Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue delivery services if patient safety, legal compliance, or operational limitations arise.
